These terms apply to www.nightsonthetable.com and to events supplied by Nights On The Table, Toronto, Ontario. Your booking confirmation sets out the specific date, package, price and any extra terms for your event. Where it differs from this page, the booking confirmation applies.

Entertainment only

All events are entertainment only. Nights On The Table is an event entertainment company, not a gambling operator. Play chips have no cash value, are provided at no charge and are collected at the end of every event. They can't be bought, sold, exchanged, cashed out or kept. No real money is accepted at any table, and no prizes of any kind are awarded for chip counts or results, including prizes supplied by the client.

Our events take place in person at your venue. There is no way to gamble on or through this website, and we don't link to gambling operators.

We don't run charity casinos, fundraisers or any event where guests pay for chips. In Ontario those require a licence, and we don't provide them.

Who our events are for

Events are for workplaces and adult private groups. Every guest must be 19 or older. The client confirms this when booking and is responsible for guests at the event. We may pause or close a table if these terms aren't followed.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A date is reserved once you accept the quote in writing and pay any deposit set out in it. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless stated.

Changes and cancellations

Deposit, payment and cancellation terms are set out in your quote and booking confirmation. Please tell us about changes to guest numbers, timings or venue access as early as you can so we can adjust staffing and setup.

Venue and setup

The client arranges access to the venue for setup and pack-down, adequate floor space and power, and any permissions the venue requires. Our equipment remains our property and must not be moved or used without our staff.

Liability

We carry liability insurance appropriate to our events and take reasonable care with your venue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount paid for that event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
