Nights On The Table ("we", "us") is based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.nightsonthetable.com and by email, why we collect it and how we look after it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use the quote form, it opens your own email app with your details filled in, and nothing is stored by this website. When you email us, we receive:

• your name, company, email address and phone number;
• event details such as the date, guest count, venue or area, event type and any message you include.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• to plan and deliver your event if you book with us;
• to keep business and tax records we are legally required to keep.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider and website host, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires, usually six years.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. See our cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we're not required to keep it. Email info@nightsonthetable.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Age

Our services and this website are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 19.
